Naruto Shippuuden question?

Ok..so who exactly is the leader of the akatsuki??? Ive heard its Tobi or Pein....and whats with the theory that Konan is Narutos mom??? She dont look ANYTHIN like her. Another question (this maybe will sound noobish....it will i swear) But does Pein and konan come into naruto shippuuden episodes soon??? Ok...so answer as many as you can...im just wondering (lol) Buh bye!!!!
