There is a cat on my deck, sitting by the door meowing...?

She ran in the house because she lives in that house.I bet the cat belongs to the owners, I bet the cat got out and they couldn't find her so they left the dish and food in the pantry so when the cat came back the new people who is renting the place now would feed her.I would call the owners of the house and tell them the cat came back.if they say they don't have a cat ask them then why do you have cat bowls and cat food in the pantry, is that a snack for them late in the evening.if they say they only started feeding the cat cause if was roaming around they decided to feed it, then if they don't want it then I feel the cat belongs to you.Unless your cruel too and leave it for the next person to take care of it.If you choose not too take care of it be smart and bring it to a shelter so it has a better chance of living than what it would have being outdoors.
