Mom problem... help!?

I'm 13... goin to 14. My mom wouldn't even let me go to the park and hang out with my friends. I can't go to the movie. I can't have a phone or ipod. I can't go anywere at all. UNLESS I GO WITH HER. Like twilight... sooo many of my friend ask me to go buh i hav a say no cuz she won't let me go with anyone. I have to go with her. This sucks... even shopping i have to go with my mom. Is there anyway... to make her lil bit more open about me goin outside with friends? AND!!! I CAN'T EVEN GO TO MY BESTFRIEND HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
