Buying a House?

I am in the process of buying a house and currently am trying to make my decision amongst two properties. They are both in Ashburn, VA (Loudoun County). The first one is 9 years old with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 car garage, access to a pool and center, with 2050 living square feet, and current market value (08) of $399K and the other is 3 years old with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 car garage, no access to a pool or center, with 1840 living square feet, and current market value (08) of $457K. uming i will pay around $350 for either one, which one is a better deal and which one will give me more for resale in about 5 years?
