Can someone explain to me about Astral travel please?

It's a plane linear to our own that is composed of auras and spiritual energy. Without life it cannot exist. Astral travel is theorhetically the ability to leave your body and enter the astral plane, a lot like an out of body experience but you're on the planar realm instead of the earthly one.
