Do I love him ??

Im 14 and I just cant stop thinking about my ex.. he said he likes me still too but he dont want a girlfriend but a few weeks after we broke up i got a new boyfriend then he told me he had a new girlfriend which when i broke up with my guy he told me he ddnt really have a girlfriend he just tried to make me jelous(which worked). I used to like him a lot i used to think about him 24-7 and think he was the best thing ever but now i still think about him but not so much and i dont even think hes that good looking no more buh i still cant get him out of my head everything reminds me of him (songs.films,ect) whats wrong with me I've never felt like this before with any one else ?
