When it comes to race and politics, which group is least motivated by racism?

Racism use to mean you thought your race was genetically superior and what you seem to mean is what we use to call group interest politics. Un American has be come anti American and democrats are now socialist, and most surprising Nazis have become Liberals. It feels like 1984 ( the novel not the year) but instead of renaming the war department the department of peace you just change the meaning of words so that war = peace.
