How should i change my diet and routine? I wanna lose weight!?

Join WeightWatchers. It's about $50 a month, you get good information from meetings and books they had out, and it works. I'm a male, which makes my metabolism different, but I've lost 15 pounds in 10 weeks on the program just by following their directions as to what I should eat. Losing about .5 to 2 pounds a week is healthy, BTW. Anything more than that and you risk injury to your gallbladder, which is why you'll want to avoid fad diets promising to make you shed the pounds quickly. Besides, those diets are the sort where if you take it off, you gain it all back.
