Is the K&N 69-1009TP Intake Worth putting on an 03' Civic SI Hatchback? Also California legal? I think it is.?

They are both california legal, and if anything would only improve smog numbers. I think its worth it just dont expect to be blown away with extra power from just an intake alone.
