Samsung S730 digital camera?

I just baught a SAMSUNG S730 digital camara, I installed the software and drivers that came with the camara but the camara still will not load the pics onto my computer. Im using the USB cable that came with it. When I go to device manager and click update drivers it says there is a missing INF file and it could be because it was made for a win 95 or higher even though i have win xp (dell) this is complicated but if you have any ideas on what could be the problem please tell me! Thank you!
