In the Australian War Memorial it states some Matilda 2 Tanks were made in Australia?

I had always believed that all had been made in England or come from campaigns such as North Africa & Middle East. I know Australia built a dozer variant, Spigot Mortar Hedgehog variant and 2 types of flame throwing tanks, one of which was called the Frog. I know Australia produced 62 or so AC1 Tanks, Indigenous armored cars such as the Dingo, Rover and Rhino. I even knew they produced Universal carriers including 2 Pounder and 3" Stokes Mortar variants, but I have never heard of Australia making Matilda 2 Tanks like it states a couple of times in the Australian War Memorial web site.
