Break up based on suspicion or wait for more certainty?

My new girlfriend of six months is currently overseas and I'm fairly certain she's been lying to me. So far it's been nothing major... just little lies that some would call insignificant. Nevertheless, they hurt my feelings very much. To suspect lies throws everything else she says doubt. It's horrible, and in general I believe that if one lies about little things, they will lie about major things given enough time. My questions are as follows: Am I expecting too much honesty for a new relationship? Should I end it now? Or wait the 3+ months I have to in order to inquire for more information when she gets back? I think to press too much now while we're separated would probably lead to breaking up.
